As far as aggression goes, Libra is honored as one of the more calm, reserved, and passive signs in the Zodiac. It's safe to say you won't find a lot of ill-will from Librans because they play fair and balance things out. 

Libra is the least aggressive sign in Astrology. They will make things as easy going as possible to create a simple approach and experience.

Next to Libra in this list is Aquarius. Since this is a list of least to most aggressive, Libra naturally takes places as the least aggressive on this list. But right after Libra is none other than the cool, calm, and collected, laid back Aquarius who would much rather mind their own business than be concerned with drama and nonsense. Virgo, when mad, can come off as rude, cold, and uncaring, so now we're starting to understand why this list is taking a little time to unravel. While Aries has their moments, even they can understand when to turn it off, sometimes. And that sometimes is far more frequent than Capricorn can comprehend. Capricorn doesn't feel the need to hold back, and as a tense earth sign characterized by the goat, just imagine how stubborn and unwavering the Capricorn can truly be.
