Working with a creative team online couldn't be easier with the Post Affect Platform. We've included a handful of tools built for organizing like Project Management and Staff Management. These tools alone help manage the load of defining your company within its daily, weekly and monthly tasks, but also help you maintain the efficiency of your human resources. Instant access to job listings and marketing, you'll find your team in a timely manner, ready to hire and create synergy within your organization.
Engaging your community means creating a happy and equal economy for everyone to coexist in.
That's why we've introduced Community Credits to our ecosystem. Everyone gets 'paid' for engaging within the Platform, which means users on Post Affect and members of your community will earn for engaging your content and for curating your content, making a space for undiscovered fans to identify and connect to your brand.
Utilizing the Community Credits earned by users online, you can incentivize your community and undiscovered fans by offering them a product in exchange for community credits. While Community Credits are earned for nearly every activity on the site, we've created a life cycle for the Community Credits which help users and community members get the top value from Post Affect and from your brand, while neither your brand nor Post Affect compromises the effort or fairness of the user's engagement. This defines how a free user can support a brand without monetary support, but still putting in effort to help the brand and allow the brand to still create content and product for it's supporters.
How to Create Culture
Creating culture is the phenomena that makes our social worlds go 'round. What does it mean to create culture in the 2020s? Luckily we have experience content creators who've been prepared since the early 2010's, that are ready to answer this question daily. In fact, right in the face of the success of content creators, and directly contributing to it, a lot of people still don't have much of a clue as to what is going on.
When we say there's money in the air, we don't mean to sound pretentious, but it's truer than we can break down right now. In short, we're going to highlight what it means for us in our lane of Software. Content creation, social networking, and social media have played heavily into the self-publishing and self-distributing energy that is the life force of all digital content creators of today. And to be frank, it was the life force of yesterday, too.
What one may consider "gate-keeping", another would call "selling game". While in the past lots of people were watching from the outside in, we're in the era where that number has dwindled down, but it doesn't mean that objective opinions or short-sighted understanding of this "new" phenomena isn't equally painful or crippling to the culture. The more we avoid this conversation or turn it into a selling point for a secret product (like when people pitch that the music industry is failing and proceed to offer you a 'record deal'), the more backwards we head, and because of this, we also stifle ourselves and the community as a whole, should we be convinced to spread this misinformation.
Creating culture is less about production and more about access.
Everyone at Post Affect has a burning desire and determination to open the playing field and create equal-access opportunities to creators who need to get their vision out to the world. The conversation turned into miseducation when we as a society have dialogued that your average "creative" is someone who is the most colorful and entertaining in the room at all costs. Creativity is nondiscriminatory and for everyone, so be prepared to unlock your potential as you grow on Post Affect.
Creating culture is about sharing, and sharing and consuming go hand in hand.
With some less socially responsible social media platform giants out there, we tend to be misguided as a result of those holding the microphone and (mis)leading the conversation for personal gain.
However, the conversation is changing and we support this blossoming conversation as it addresses the faults we were far too stifled by the get past when technology was not as advantageous as it is today.
What we share and the responsibility we feel for getting content across the internet is ultimately a result by what's cultured out of those involved, and to repeat what was said before, a lot of social media platform giants have been socially irresponsible to the very basic needs of users, while scaling to billion dollar successes and leaving their suffering users to go elsewhere.
Human creativity is to be shared and human problems are to be solved, but they can't be solved unless they are communicated and shared. In business whether business as a concept is looked upon as a capitalistic ailment on society or looked onto hopefully as the definition of self-sufficiency; incentive to coming together to solve issues and be rewarded with necessities (and more) is what will allow for us to evolve further past what seems to be very archaic issues, overdue a solution.
