Legendary R&B-Jazz: Sade – CHERISH THE DAY
I'm not a doctor, but you should probably jump head first into Sade's music everyday for health reasons.
Sade is one of the greatest and most credible bands of the R&B and Jazz genres. Known for their frontwoman Helen Folasade Adu, otherwise called by Sade, the band has the same name. The intimacy that this band is able to conjure up and create for audiences whether live or studio album listeners, is absolutely beautiful. This music is so healing and naturally soothing for the soul. Songwriting is a hard earned skill mastered by dedicated musicians like the band Sade.
