The first single off Paid In Full, Eric B. and Rakim made people dance to the rap cadence and beats they jammed.
One of the more dance induced tracks they released, making them a well-rounded, effective Rap band, their other songs are where they're more notable for their lyrical destruction of most if not all other emcees. It's incredible, their entire wrath and influence is so massive that they had full control over the rap scene. The album was released on July 7, 1987, but the single created anticipation in 1986. The single reached #40 on Hot Dance Singles and #48 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles. The album reached #58 on Billboard 200 and #8 on R&B/Hip-Hop Albums.
